2. If we are forced to change a workshop's date(s), we will offer to cancel your registration and refund any registration fees if you do not wish to participate, given the schedule change.
3. If you cannot join a workshop live, you can access the recording at your convenience. We will make the recording available after the workshop (generally within two business days). Because computers, networks, and other factors vary widely, we do not guarantee that you can successfully connect to the live sessions, but we are dedicated to supporting you. Please note that we generally cannot provide technical assistance once a workshop is completed.
4. If there are extenuating circumstances, such as natural disasters, registration problems, or other issues, don't hesitate to contact us. We will be happy to resolve the situation to your satisfaction.
