Mental health writing and education focus on a person's emotional, psychological, and social well-being. Mental health can affect how we feel, how we see ourselves and others, how we act, and how we make decisions. It also means prevention and being free of mental illness. Our educational and other written deliverables integrate scholarship, evidence, and research findings, translating quickly into practice. We draw upon prior research to systematically and transparently inform us when creating workshops, training curricula, and other materials. To that end, we deliver materials that are impactful, valid, efficient, and accessible.
